A Dubai‑based investor, entrepreneur, international law expert and strategic leader, he brings more than two decades of experience across government, corporate and private‑sector environments. His public‑sector background includes senior roles within Georgia’s Ministry of Defence, involving international legal affairs, policy development, treaty matters and negotiations with foreign governments and international organizations. In the private sector, he has worked across investment, business development, corporate advisory, technology, advertising, hospitality, wellness, artificial intelligence, real estate and international trade. His expertise spans strategic leadership, investment strategy, international negotiation, corporate governance, legal structuring, business development, cross‑border partnerships and regulatory and institutional relations

Tamer Desouky is Chief Investment Officer of Kingsmont. An entrepreneur, real estate executive and investor with over 25 years of international business experience, his professional journey began in his family’s automotive business and later expanded into tourism, international trade, real estate, investment and commercial strategy. He has held senior roles with leading Dubai developers, contributing to major real estate project launches, pricing and commercial strategy, marketing, sales organizations, investor relations and international market activity.
